GreenPro KSP Consulting Co., Ltd. is formed by KSP Accounting Group and GreenPro Capital Corporation as a consulting company which offers a full range of  One Stop Service to both Thai Entrepreneur and foreign investors who want to do business in Thailand. GreenPro KSP is managed by two CPAs from Thailand and also two CPAs from Hong Kong to support our clients for developing and growing the business in Thailand by offering professional services such as Business registration, Company secretary, accounting and Tax service, Audit assurance, BOI, Visa and Work permit service, Financial advisory and other business services by our expert and professional team who have over 29 years of experience in the service area.

KSP Accounting Group was organized and managed by Certified Public Accountant with more than 29 years of experience in Accounting services, providing a full range of professional services such as Company formation, Company Secretary, Accounting service, Bookkeeping service, Audit assurance, Tax consulting, Tax planning, Business Valuation, Merger and acquisition support, Training accounting Course including Consulting service which serving all our clients covering SMEs to large organizations in various industries. We have a team of qualified professionals with long experience which consisting of accountants, auditors, tax planners, consultants who have knowledge and expertise in the services.

Management Team

Lee Chong Kuang, Managing Director
FCCA, CPA(HK), CA(M)

CK is a qualified member of the ACCA and Malaysia Institute of Accountants. He also has a professional qualification from Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and extended his professional services covering accounting, tax, corporate structuring planning with the special focus on cross-border client nature. He also established Cross-Border Business Association (CBBA) – a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) to provide information and professional advance in Cross-Border Business for its investment members.
From 1995 to 2013, he started his professional career as a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and China. After GreenPro went public in 2013, CK started to take charge of the overall strategy and business direction of GreenPro Capital Group.

Loke Che Chan, Gilbert, Managing Director
MBA, FCPA, CFP(M), CWM, MHKSI

Gilbert worked as an independent, non-executive director of ZMay Holdings Limited, a public listed company in Hong Kong Stock Exchange from January 2008 to July 2008. In the meantime, he is a Chief Financial Officer for Asia Properties Inc. and Sino Bioenergy Inc., which both companies listed on the OTC
Markets in the US in 2011 and 2012. Gilbert has extensive knowledge in accounting and has been an accountant for more than 30 years. He was trained and qualified with UHY (formerly known as Hacker Young), Chartered Accountants, one of the large accounting firms based in London, England between 1980 and 1988. His extensive experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, SOX compliance and the corporate listing has prompted him to specialize in corporate advisory, risk management and internal controls serving those small medium-sized enterprises.
Gilbert is also a member of the CBBA and assisting the organization to develop its activities to help all CBBA members in their cross-border businesses.

Miss Surapa Jamjang, Managing Director
MBA, CPA(TH)

Miss Surapa Jammang is a qualified member of Federation of Accounting profession under The Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, she has extensive knowledge in auditing, accounting, taxation and financial management controlling system with more than 29 years of experience in this area.
She is also the financial and accounting consultant for many companies in Thailand and a lecturer in accounting training with many organizations.

She was the owner and managing director of KSP Group before merging with Greepro Capital Group. Now, she is a managing director of Greenpro KSP Group which be responsible for marketing and team management.
She holds the degree of Accounting from Siam university and Master degree of Financial Accounting from Chulalongkorn University

Mr. Prapakorn Saokliew, Managing Director
MBA, CPA(TH)

Mr. Prapakorn Saokliew is a qualified member of Federation of Accounting
profession under The Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, he has extensive
knowledge in auditing, accounting, taxation and business law with more than 29
years of experience in this area.

He was the owner and managing director of KSP Group before merging with Greepro Capital Group. Now, he is a managing director of Greenpro KSP Group which be responsible for business development and team management.
He holds the degree of Accounting and Master degree of Business Law from Ramkhahaeng University
